Extended Care
General Information
Extended Care is available for Kindergarten through College Prep. This is a separate service of the school on the Monterey Campus and is
open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. during regularly scheduled school days. It is also
open during certain of the school vacation/conference periods.
Any student who is not enrolled in the Extended Care program and is left on or
around the school grounds or lower parking lot beyond the pre-stated grace
periods (See schedule of school hours on page 7) will automatically be placed in
Extended Care. Parents will be billed $25 per child per day.
Students not in the Extended Care program may stay in Extended Care on a day-by-day basis. When school is in session, the fee will be $25 per day. If school is
not in session, the fee will be $35 per day.
Refusal to sign a child in or out of Extended Care on the appropriate sheet,
failing to put an accurate time for the drop off or pick up of your child, or anyone
on our staff finding your child waiting in an undesignated area may result in your
child being suspended. After children have been picked up from school or
Extended Care, they must stay in the physical presence, not just within
eyesight, of a parent/guardian at all times.
