1.What are your hours? What schedules are available?

5 Full Days M – F   7:00 am – 6:00 pm
3 Full Days MWF   7:00 am – 6:00 pm
2 Full Days T/TH   7:00 am – 6:00 pm
5 Half Days M – F   8:30 am – 12:00 pm
3 Half Days MWF   8:30 am – 12:00 pm
2 Half Days T/TH   8:30 am – 12:00 pm

2. Do you offer daily tours?

Tours are available daily at 10:30 or 11:00 am. This is a one on one family tour. For appointments, call Rina at (650) 266-4335.

3. What is the child / teacher ratio?

The child/teacher ratio for PreSchool is 1:12.

4. What is your staff turn over?

On average, teachers stay 8—10 years, however, some of our teachers have been employed for over 15 years.

5. Is your school year round?

Yes, our school is year round. Our regular school year is September thru May and our Summer program is June—August.

6. Are your teachers credentialed?

Yes, the teachers are qualified with the guidelines of California Social Services Department.

7. How are the children grouped in classes?

The children are grouped in classes according to their birthdays, every three months. This helps them socially and provides emotional stability.

8. Are meals and snacks included?

Yes, 2 snacks and a hot lunch is provided daily

9. Preschool is for children who are “potty trained”. What do you mean by this? My child still has accidents every couple of days.

Potty trained means that the child is able to tell us when he/she needs to go to the bathroom (no pull-ups or diapers). However, accidents are understandable once in a while. We understand that children need time to transition and we are there to help them.

10. What methods of discipline do you use?

Discipline is done in a loving way wherein the child will be able to learn to make proper choices. The thinking chair is a tool used to coach the child in changing the way they interact with peers, teacher and self.
